SPACE TRANSFORMER
‘Space transformer’, is een ontwerp voor de ‘LIFE edited’ prijsvraag van jovoto. De opgave is het ontwerpen van een appartement in New York (40 m2). Door bewegende elementen wordt het appartement ruimtelijk en functioneel divers.
Space transformer
As living is dynamic, the apartment reflects this. The design has mobile elements that support spatial and functional diversity. On one side of the apartment a combination of compact volumes create diversity in intimate spaces. On the other side of the apartment the space is as open as possible, in order to have a spatial experience and a maximum of flexibility.
